This is my second cross stitch in my set of three. Not a quote, and smaller, but a cute design. I got the crown from a book of cross stitch dated in the 1890s. More to come!
I sewed this tonight because it is the best quote in the world. I also painted the frame and added the ribbon. It’s possible I may do an entire set of out-of-context quotes from writers?
Aside from reading, sewing is a big thing for me. Also, I too have fallen violently on my face.
